We take pride in our craftsmanship and materials, and we want you to enjoy your sofa for years to come. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer the following warranty policy:

Duration of Warranty:

Our warranty covers your sofa for a period of (1) to (3) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. 

Coverage Details:

    • We guarantee that your sofa will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use during the warranty period.
    • This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as frame and spring defects, foam and cushion defects, and defects in the upholstery fabric.

Exclusions:

    • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents is not covered under this warranty.
    • Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading, pilling, and stretching, are not considered defects.
    • Final sale. 

Warranty Claim Process:

    • In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue covered by this warranty, please contact our customer service team by clicking on Chat tab at our home page to start a conversation with us. 
    • To initiate a warranty claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
    • Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may involve inspection or documentation of the issue.

Resolution Options:

    • If a defect covered by this warranty is found, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the affected parts or the entire sofa.
    • If the sofa or its components have been discontinued or are no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement.

Costs:

    • May's Living will cover the costs of repairs or replacements, including shipping, during the warranty period.

Additional Terms:

    • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
    • Any modifications to the sofa, including reupholstering or altering the structure, will void this warranty.
    • This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damage, liquidation and final sale items. The original receipt is required for all claims and is non-transferrable.
