At May's Living, we value your satisfaction with your furniture purchase. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and straightforward process.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your furniture.
- To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- Customized, personalized, discounted, pay-no-tax and final sale items may NOT be eligible for refunds/returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
- Please note: All returns must be made with the original May's Living packaging. If you do not have the original packaging on hand, there is an additional $50 repackaging fee per item.
2. Returns Due to Product Defects or Damage
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via phone number, email, or chat tab on website, our team will response as soon as possible. We will arrange for the return of the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or damage.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for the full value to ensure the safe return of the item.
